Rogers County deputies arrested a man accused of threatening to kill a judge and attorney.

According to reports, Melvin Jacobs is in a guardianship battle for his parents.

Deputies said Jacobs isn't listed as a guardian but lives in his parents' home.

Witness overheard Jacobs make threats toward Rogers County Judge Pazzo and an attorney in the case, according to deputies.

They said Jacobs was arrested for misdemeanor threatening to kill a judge and was booked into the Rogers County Jail.
