Tuna Steak (lightly thawed)
1/8 cup Sesame Oil
1/8 cup olive Oil
1 tsp Salt and Pepper mix
1. In a medium skillet combine the oil's and turn up to its smoking. Meanwhile, take the tuna and season with salt and pepper and coat the steaks with sesame seeds. Make sure to really cover the steaks with the seeds.
2. Lay the tuna in the hot oil and sear each side for 1.5 minutes. The seeds should be nice and golden and the tuna raw. Place the tuna on a sheet pan with a grate so the tuna is not laying in oil.
