Jenks School Board Approves Plans For New Elementary School

The Jenks School Board approved plans for a new elementary school.

It will be built near 76th and Elwood.

Voters approved $120 million in bond money in February to build the school.

It will house pre-k through fourth grade students and should open in August of next year.

The district said it hasn't finished drawing boundaries for the new school, but expects to have that map out in the next few months.
