Tulsa Street Contractor Fixes Recently Completed Project On South Sheridan

The City of Tulsa says a contractor is making repairs to an asphalt overlay project on a section of South Sheridan from 81st to 91st which was completed late last year.

Officials said all street projects have a one-year warranty. When the project was completed, city inspectors found a several problems, and the contractor was ordered to fix them with additional patching and asphalt overlay.  

Work on those repairs began Wednesday and should take about a week.

Officials say the project is under warranty and the repairs are not costing the city any additional money.
