Bishop Kelley High School's one step closer to a new field house. On Monday, they broke ground on the second phase of the school's stadium and renovation project.
The new building will bring larger locker rooms, a new weight training facility, a training room, coaches' offices and batting cages.
"We're playing some of the best competition in the state, and our facilities have not really matched that level of competition, and that's about to change," said Reverend Brian O'Brien, Bishop Kelley High School President.
Donors are paying the nearly $3.5 million cost of the new field house.
