The Oklahoma Medical Examiner says a little girl who died hours after being sent home from a school died of cardiac arrest with an enlarged heart.

Oologah-Talala public school student Jenny Yang died at 6 of natural causes, according to the autopsy report.

Yang was 6 when she died in January 5, 2015. The school system closed temporarily after receiving what they felt were conflicting reports from the Rogers County Health Department. The school system had an outbreak of bacterial meningitis in 2010 that killed two students and left one disabled.

The autopsy states Yang became unresponsive at home and could not be resuscitated by medical personnel.
