News On 6 WARN Team meteorologist Alan Crone says welcome to spring - and several chances for rainfall this week. An active weather pattern brings the chance for a few strong to severe storms.
"We'll be following two surface fronts and at least three distinct upper level systems that will have an impact on our weather," Crone said in his Monday weather blog.
"A lead disturbance will eject across the central plains Tuesday followed by a stronger wave Wednesday."

The first front is expected to bring some scattered showers or storms along the Oklahoma - Kansas state line late Monday into Tuesday morning. The chances will shift to extreme eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas later on Tuesday.
Late Wednesday afternoon and evening, a cold front will be moving southeast across the eastern third of the state with thunderstorms developing along the boundary, he said.
Some of these could be severe with some damaging wind gusts and hail. Pockets of heavy rainfall will also be possible with this system.
As even cooler air moves into the area Thursday into Friday, there's even the possibility of a few snowflakes Friday morning.
