Owasso Citizens Raise Thousands For New Police Dog

Some Owasso residents gave their police department a big show of support Tuesday evening.

The department said it needed another K-9 officer, so some residents formed "Friends of the Owasso Police Department" to help.

The group presented the police chief with a $5,500 check Tuesday to make it possible.
