Sapulpa Man Serving Child Porn Sentence To Face More Sex Crime Charges

A Sapulpa man currently serving prison time for child porn will go to trial for more child sex crimes.

DNA evidence pointed investigators to Kevin Smith after police say he kidnapped and raped a Glenpool girl and attempted to kidnap two girls from a Tulsa lemonade stand last March.

Smith will be arraigned on the rape and kidnapping charges next month. He's already serving a 17-year sentence for child pornography.
