Craig County Sheriff's Office arrested two men they say say stole a John Deere backhoe and other equipment from a construction company.

James Paul Davis of Vinita and Justin Scott Tune of Chetopa, Kansas, are charged in the thefts.

Court records say the two men stole a Model 310SG John Deere backhoe and nine batteries from Contech Construction Company on January 16, 2015.
