Rape, Attempted Arson Charges Dropped Against Tulsa Man

A judge has dismissed rape, robbery, attempted arson and assault charges against a Tulsa man.

Court records show the charges against Roger Ellis were dropped because a witness for the prosecution failed to appear in court.

Police arrested Ellis last year after a woman claimed he raped and beat her then tried to set her on fire.
