Owasso Police Arrest Driver After Short Chase

Owasso Police arrested a driver following a brief chase early Thursday. 

Officers said police attempted to stop the driver for speeding at about 12:30 a.m. when he took off. The pursuit ended at 96th Street North and Mingo when the 30-year-old driver jumped out of the car and ran into a neighborhood. 

Police caught up with the man and also learned the car he was driving had recently been stolen.
