Police Arrest Tulsa Driver For DUI After Downtown Crash

Police arrested a driver after a car crash Sunday evening on Cherry Street near downtown Tulsa.

Officers said when they arrived at the rollover crash in the 1500 block of 15th Street at about 6:30 p.m. they found the driver, Jared Harlow, 32, of Tulsa and believed he was intoxicated because of his slurred speech and smelling of alcohol.

In their report, police said Harlow told them he had been drinking and had taken medication.

Harlow was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of driving under the influence and driving with a revocated license.

Jail records show he has a court appearance set for February 9, 2015.
