An unusual talent has sent one of Oklahoma's own all over the world. In fact, Brian Jackson back from China with his 12th Guinness World record.
"What a way to do it in Shanghai China on a chariot," Jackson said.
The challenge was to lift an SUV off the floor by inflating two bags that had been placed under the vehicle, using nothing more than his own lung power.
"This vehicle weighed 4,387 pounds," Jackson said. “I was successful in a little over 36 minutes.”
Jackson huffed puffed his way to his 12 Guinness World Record.
This wasn't the first time his ability to inflate something has given him a world record.
"My first one was the fastest time to blow up a British standard water bottle at Tahlequah High School in 2006. Then three hot water bottles in a minute and eight seconds in Italy; most balloons in an hour, most balloons in a minute," Jackson listed.
He said it all began 22 years ago, blowing up balloons to make balloon animals for kids at his church.
Jackson is also a motivational speaker and talks to school kids not only about his successes, but also his failures.
"I ask them how many of you have a gift or talent that is so silly you are afraid to use it, cause people will laugh at you. I share with them, all I have basically is I'm full of hot air," he said.
Jackson said it's not what you have or what you've been given, it's how you use it; and his silly little gift as he calls it has taken him all around the world.
"It's been an interesting journey," he said.
