Porter Man Arrested For Sexual Relationship With 15-Year-Old Girl

A Wagoner County man is in jail after authorities say he had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl and supplied her with drugs.

Brandon L. Franklin of Porter was already in jail Tuesday on other charges when he was arrested for statutory rape and unlawful delivery of a controlled drug to a minor, a news release states.

Major Gary Handley said investigators learned the 36-year-old Franklin had been having a sexual relationship with the daughter of some acquaintances. The relationship, which allegedly included drug use, began in September of 2014, authorities say.

The Sheriff's Office says Franklin was already in the Wagoner County Jail on charges of burglary and fraud.
