Italian Appetizers From STG

What is STG? It stands for Specialita Tradizionale Garantita or “Special Traditions, Guaranteed,” and the new Blue Dome restaurant has some Old World Italian appetizers.

Latte Caprese

Choose a fresh mozzarella fior di latte, drizzle with balsamic, sprinkle with actual chili flake, garnish with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.

Burrata Salad

Look for salted burrata (ricotta stuffed fior di latte mozzarella), and serve with prosciutto di parma, fresh arugula, fleur de sel sea salt, and extra virgin olive oil.

Charcuterie and Cheese Plate

Arrange prosciutto di parma, sopressata, speck (smoked piccolo prosciutto), parmigiano reggiano, smoked mozzarella fior di latte, and fresh mozzarella fior di latte on a plate.
