One of the big threats people face as we get older is falling. Thousands of older adults have to go to the hospital every year after taking a fall.

Health leaders in Creek County hope a new Tai Chi class will give people better balance.

It's a 12-week class. It's free, and you don't have to register. The class is geared towards adults 65 and older, but people of all ages are welcome.

Classes are held at the Library Annex, 15 North Poplar Street in Sapulpa. For more information, call 918-224-9647.
