Tulsa Police Investigate Smoothie King Robbery

Tulsa Police are investigating two robberies that took place Monday night in Tulsa.

Tulsa Police are investigating two robberies that took place Monday night in Tulsa.

The Smoothie King at 5075 South Yale was robbed just before 8 p.m., according to Captain Cathy Reynolds of the Tulsa Police Department.

A man came in an implied he had a gun, taking an undisclosed amount of cash. He is described as a black male, 5'8" tall, 150 pounds with a birthmark by his right eye.

Another robbery took place at an apartment complex in the 7300 block of South Victor. A man wearing a black and white bandana robbed someone with a .9mm Ruger, Reynolds said.

She did not know what the robber took.
