Tulsa Police: One Dead After East Tulsa Shooting

Tulsa police confirmed that one person is dead after shots were fired at an east Tulsa apartment complex.

The shooting took place at the Plaza Hills East Apartment Complex near 129th East Avenue and 15th Street.

No names have been released but police the victim is described as a black male in his late teens or early 20s but no ID was found.

Police said they are interviewing witnesses, but said they are hearing conflicting reports, but said the victim was shot in the parking lot then he tried to run across the street and collapsed.

Police said no one is in custody and no descriptions of suspects or vehicles have been released.
