With college application deadlines quickly approaching a financial website WalletHub ranked 280 U.S. college cities is order of best to worst.
WalletHub took into account affordability, social environment, crime and number of part-time jobs.
Only one Oklahoma town made it into the top 10. Stillwater, home of Oklahoma State University ranked #8 on the list. Norman, home of University of Oklahoma came in a little lower, ranked #36.
Tulsa and Oklahoma City were also ranked. Tulsa was #138 and Oklahoma City was #140. The number one city was Oxford, Ohio and the last city on the list was Yonkers, New York.
