Tulsa police have released the names of accident victims injured when a truck rear ended a car Sunday on Highway 169 at 36th Street North.

A couple and their small child in a Chevy Malibu were driving northbound in the inside lane when they had a flat tire, according to Tulsa Police.

"The vehicle in front had its flashers on, was trying to get over to the right lane. I think the truck may have not noticed the car slowing down and rear ended it," Sergeant Dedloran Sanders told News On 6.

Daniel and Michelle Nokes, both 24, and 4-year-old Logan Nokes were in the small sedan, police say. They were transported in critical condition, according to EMSA. EMSA first believed the boy was 12 to 18 months, but police learned he is 4 years old.

The driver of the pickup was Haroldine Glover, 86.

All four people were taken to the hospital though Glover has since been released.

"We're not sure if the driver behind was distracted or was just going too fast, I'm not sure," Sanders said.

No citations were issued in the wreck, according to Officer Jillian Roberson, Tulsa Police. It happened just after noon December 14, 2014.
