Colcord Police Chief Arrested On Alcohol-Related Complaint

The chief of the Colcord Police Department was arrested on an alcohol related complaint by Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers late Saturday according to a Delaware County newspaper, the Grove Sun.

The chief of the Colcord Police Department was arrested on an alcohol-related complaint by Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers late Saturday according to a Delaware County newspaper, the Grove Sun

The OHP confirmed to the newspaper, the former Delaware County Sheriff Lenden Woodruff was arrested while driving his patrol car near his home. They said Woodruff was taken to the Ottawa County jail in Miami.

This isn't the first time Lenden Woodruff has been arrested. In 2004, Woodruff resigned after pleading guilty to driving under the influence and transporting an open container.
