Tulsa Police say a feud among neighbors resulted in a teenager being stabbed in the back and a 44-year-old man going to jail Monday night.

Officers said they had been called out to 1200 block of South 73rd East Avenue four times Monday evening about an ongoing dispute among neighbors.

Police Sergeant Darren Bristow said the first call at about 8 p.m. involved vandalism of an apartment. Shortly after that, police returned to the scene because of a fight.

Sgt. Bristow says officers returned 30 minutes later because a woman reported being assaulted. And at 11:15 p.m. police came back to the neighborhood because a 16-year-old teen had been stabbed in the back four times.

"These people have the entire neighborhood involved. Those who are involved in the actual disturbance and then the neighbors who are just tired of hearing it," said Tulsa Police Sgt. Darren Bristow.

After talking with witnesses officers arrested Calvin Pickup and booked him into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of assault with a dangerous weapon.

Jail records show Pickup was being held on a $20,000 bond with a court appearance set for December 16, 2014.

The woman and the teenager were both taken to the hospital by EMSA paramedics. Police said both suffered non-life threatening injuries.
