A cold front is expected in Green Country Sunday night and Monday with a small chance of freezing drizzle. But first, the long holiday weekend offers some above seasonal temperatures.
Black Friday will be windy and mild with highs in the mid-60s and south winds gusting up to 30 mph, according to WARN Team meteorologist Alan Crone.
Saturday and Sunday should have morning lows in the 50s and highs in the lower 70s.
A strong, shallow cold front is expected to move across the area Sunday evening into Monday morning, Crone said in his weather blog.

"Temps may start around freezing Monday morning, drop into the upper 20s or lower 30s, and only climb to the mid-30s by afternoon along with northeast winds at 15 mph," he said.
"Some drizzle may be possible early Monday across extreme eastern Oklahoma into western Arkansas with surface temps near freezing."
The impact is expected to remain low, but News On 6 WARN Team meteorologists will be watching the forecast closely.
