Tulsa Police arrested a 24-year-old man Wednesday morning they say was caught on video burglarizing a home last weekend.

Officers took Cedrick Wells into custody at a home on North Norwood. Police say he refused to talk to them after he was taken into custody.

They're still looking for his brother, Derrick Wells, 23. Tulsa Police say both men have outstanding felony warrants.

Police say the brothers were identified after News On 6 showed surveillance video of two men kicking in a door of a home near 31st and Yale on November 22, 2014, then leaving with the homeowner's television, iPad and a jar of change.
