Continued rain is on the way with overcast conditions and widespread showers expected throughout the weekend, according to WARN Team meteorologist Dick Faurot.
Showers are expected to continue off and on throughout the day and night Saturday, Faurot said in his weather blog.
"As a result, rainfall totals may be rather generous by the time it is all said and done Sunday night," he said. Far eastern Oklahoma counties should see the heaviest rainfall but many of us could still receive as much as an inch or so.

The activity should move to the east during the day Sunday with a possible return to rain in the evening hours with some "wrap around" precipitation accompanying a cool front.
"Clearing skies are expected to quickly follow and lots of sunshine will then be the general rule for the rest of next week," he said.
"That means we also expect to have a dry forecast right on through Thanksgiving Day and also for Black Friday."
