Oklahoma Department of Transportation says sand trucks are out across eastern Oklahoma Monday morning checking on bridges and highways for any black ice conditions.

For the most part, ODOT reports bridges and highways are clear of ice, but at least four counties along the Kansas-Oklahoma state line are reporting slick and hazardous conditions in spots. The list includes Craig, Nowata, Ottawa and Washington counties.

If traveling to central Oklahoma, ODOT says drivers can call 888-425-2385 or check on Oklahoma road conditions online.

If headed out of state:

Arkansas 800-245-1672

Colorado 303-639-1111

Kansas 866-511-5368

Missouri 800-222-6400

The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is reporting all turnpikes in the state are reporting wet to dry conditions. A few bridges may be slick.

In Tulsa, as of 9:30 p.m. Sunday, EMSA reported 28 vehicle crashes and one cold exposure.
