Ingredients
1.5 lbs. Chicken slices
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (14.5 oz)
1 pkg. Williams Chili Seasoning, any flavor , salt to taste.
1 can chili beans (15.5 oz)
1 small Sweet onion, Diced
Preparation Instructions:
Heat oil in large skillet until you see heat waves; add onions and sauté until translucent.
Add chopped chicken in skillet. Stir in diced tomatoes with green chilies. Blend in Williams Chili Seasoning. Salt if desired. Add chili beans and cook until boiling, simmer 10 minutes or longer.
Top with Cheddar cheese and chopped onions.
