Tulsa Police: Driver Crashes Into Light Pole During Argument With Passenger

Two people were taken to the Tulsa County jail after a car they were in crashed on Highway 75 near 61st Street South late Thursday. 

Police say the car was northbound on 75 when the driver and a passenger apparently got into an argument. 

An officer said during the argument the car went off the highway and struck a light pole at about 11:45 p.m. 

Neither person was injured but police arrested the driver for suspicion of driving under the influence and the passenger for public intoxication.
