The Tulsa County District Attorney's Office has refiled animal cruelty charges against a Tulsa pastor after dropping the charges last week.

The Tulsa County District Attorney's Office refiled animal cruelty charges against a Tulsa pastor after dropping the charges last week.

The D.A.'s office dropped the charges September 29th against Clement Hall for further investigation.

Hall was arrested after a neighbor videotaped him hitting his pit bulls in May and posted it online.

Hall told News On 6 he wasn't abusing his dogs, but that he was disciplining them.

“Had someone come to me just one time I would have been alerted that someone was displeased with the way I handle my dogs, and I say my way because it's different than other people's way,” he said.

Hall said the cell phone video was taken out of context because the dog had just bitten him.

Records show Hall now faces two counts of animal cruelty.
