2 tubes crescent rolls
1 tub Braum's cream cheese
3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 Braum's egg
1 Tablespoon water
Italian seasoning to taste
Flour for dusting
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut bratwursts into thirds. Sprinkle flour on the work surface. Unfold and separate the crescent rolls on top of the flour. Spread cream cheese onto the dough, and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place the bratwurst in the center and roll up until the seam side is down. Mix the egg and water, and brush each roll up with the mixture. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
