Broken Arrow Man Bound Over For Trial In NSU Professor's Murder

A Broken Arrow man will stand trial for the murder of a Northeastern State University professor.

A judge on Wednesday ruled there is enough evidence to try Joshua Schneider.

Prosecutors say Schneider met Tiffany Maher through a dating website, killed her, robbed her, and then tried to set fire to her body and her Tahlequah home.

Schneider was on the run for nine days before police caught up to him in Tulsa.

He goes back to court on Nov. 6.
