Tulsa Police Arrest Man For Family Dollar Armed Robbery

A man armed with a small knife robbed a Family Dollar store near 21st and Memorial on Sunday afternoon, police said.

Rudolph Gilliam, 55, was arrested after a manager said Gilliam robbed the store and was hiding in a trash container behind a nearby Chinese restaurant.

When police arrived, a clerk identified him and he was arrested.

He is being held at the Tulsa County jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.
