Guthrie Green Holds Family Fun Day

Guthrie Green was the place for families Sunday with a free concert and other fun. Justin Roberts and the Not Ready for Naptime Players performed at 3:30 p.m. followed by The Mowgli's at 5 p.m.

Kids arts & crafts activities were provided by Zarrow Center, and the Tulsa Children's Museum had an Imagination Playground of huge building blocks.

Free concerts continue each Sunday in September with African drumming and belly dance September 14, Roots jam and Creole music September 21 and blues on September 28.

The first Sunday in October will have gospel, rock and Latin bands.

Concerts run from 2:30 p.m. to about 7 p.m.
