Teen Arrested For Assault With Deadly Weapon At Jenks School

An 18 year old was arrested at a Jenks school when a staff member said they saw a white male with a knife.

Officers arrested Jesse Lee Allen Grippando for assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a weapon at school and resisting arrest.

According to reports, a staff member said they saw Grippando carrying a large knife in his boot. When an officer approached the 18 year old near the gymnasium, the report says Grippando reached for the weapon.

The officer said he and the teen fought for control of the knife until the officer was able to contain the teen and put him in custody.

Jail records show Grippando is being held on a $35,500 bond with a court date scheduled for August 26th.
