The Tulsa Fire Department was able to quickly put out a fire in a west Tulsa home about midnight Wednesday, and police say it could have been a meth-related incident.

The back of the house, in the 1200 block of South 51st Street West Avenue, was on fire when crews arrived. All residents made it outside the home.  TFD located all the pets in the home and were able to rescue them.

There were five adult residents, two of whom were arrested for endeavoring to manufacture methamphetamine.

The Red Cross is assisting the other residents.

The official cause of the fire will be determined by the state fire marshal.
