Troopers arrested an Inola man they say led them on a motorcycle and foot chase around east Tulsa Wednesday night.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the chase began on Highway 169 at the 11th Street exit at about 11:30 p.m.
The OHP says Paul Bradley, 32, was riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle "traveling at a high rate of speed, turning aggressively and failing to stop at stop signs."
Troopers said they were chasing him when he dumped his motorcycle at 15th Street and 124th East Avenue and ran. The OHP report said the trooper chased him on foot over "multiple fences and through multiple yards" before catching up to him in a backyard. A trooper finally caught up to him and "gave compliance strikes to the driver's head with his flashlight."
Troopers booked Paul Bradley into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of having no drivers license, failure to stop for a red light, careless driving, eluding, obstructing with a police officer, DUI, possession of a controlled and dangerous substance and motorcycle violations.
Jail records show Bradley is being held in lieu of $24,000 bond with a court appearance set for August 14, 2014.
