The Tahlequah Police Department says an elderly Tahlequah woman was found Wednesday morning in Sallisaw.
Police say Patricia Wilson, 81, was last seen on August 4, 2014 at 2 p.m. in the 300 block of Tanglewood Drive.
Police said Wilson is safe and the Silver Alert canceled.
