Beef slider
1 pound of ground beef
Sister Shubert’s dinner rolls
Provolone cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Take the ground beef and form 3 oz. beef patties (you should get 5 out of one pound). Salt & pepper the patties to taste. Take the beef patties and sear in a skillet at a medium heat until cooked to your liking. Add the provolone cheese and place on a warm yeast roll.
Tomato Marmalade
3 tomatoes peeled and seeded, cut into chunks
1 small red onion small, diced
1 cup of sugar
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup white wine
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Let stand for two hours at room temperature in bowl stirring every 30 minutes. Add to a stock pot and cook on a low heat for 45 minutes stirring occasionally.
