The Tulsa Police Department needs help identifying a man who robbed a Tulsa bank.
Officers said on July 25 around 5:00 p.m., a man entered the IBC Bank at 1901 South Yale Avenue. They said he approached the tellers and asked about an account.
Reports say the man then went into an office with an employee where he demanded money and claimed he had a bomb. Police say the employee took the man to the teller lobby and gave him the money.
Police said the man left with an unknown amount of money and walked south toward 21st Street.
The man is described as white or Hispanic with dark hair, brown eyes and a slim to medium build. They said he’s about 5-feet-6-inches tall and possibly has a goatee.
Police said he was wearing a light blue, long sleeve, button up shirt with dark pants and dress shoes. They also said he had white gauze wrapped around his head and hands and was carrying a dark portfolio in his left hand.
Police ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
