The search for a mother missing since 1996 has ended, but the Rogers County Sheriff's Office said its investigation of Dione Fox's disappearance is far from over.

Investigators looked for Fox's remains all week on property owned by her ex-husband's family.

While they didn't find her body, Sheriff Scott Walton said investigators found several items of interest, and he said the search has generated more new information just this week than in the 18-years since Fox went missing.

Walton hopes an anonymous $1,000 reward will help break the case.

“We're certain that someone is sitting on the information. We're trying to find some way to get them off of high center and motivate them to share this information with us," he said.

The $1,000 reward is good for 30-days, and will be paid to whoever can lead investigators to Fox's remains.
