Southeast Oklahoma Casino Looks To Become 'Family Friendly'

A southeast Oklahoma casino wants to become a prime family friendly destination. The Choctaw Casino in Durant is undergoing a $270 million expansion.

The additions include a new restaurant inside, an outdoor restaurant near the pool and new entertainment venues. They're also adding another hotel tower and a state of the art Las Vegas-style concert venue.

The casino said they expect to create between four and five hundred new jobs.

All the new facilities will open next summer.
