Man Arrested For Indecent Exposure Outside Tulsa Hospital

Police say a man was arrested for flashing two Tulsa hospital employees.

Ernie Gutierrez, 36, was booked on complaints of public intoxication and indecent exposure after former conviction of a felony.

According to the report, Gutierrez approached two hospital employees while on break and asked a woman if he could, “kiss her pinky.” The two then went back inside the hospital.

Police say Gutierrez approached the two again later and told a woman that she had beautiful feet and asked if he could rub them. When the woman said no, police say Gutierrez flashed his penis and asked if she would rub it.

The report says the two workers went inside and told security.

Police say when they arrived security had Gutierrez detained. Officers say he smelled of alcohol, was unsteady on his feet and had slow, slurred speech.

When asked if he had had any alcohol, police say Gutierrez admitted he had had two pints of vodka.

Records show Gutierrez is being held on a $10,100 bond.
