The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Claremore man died in a crash on Highway 66 in Rogers County Thursday morning.

The OHP says 25-year-old Sean Hale died when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a minivan.

The crash occurred at the intersection of East 380 Road and Highway 66 northeast of Foyil just before 7 a.m.

Troopers said a 2005 Dodge minivan was westbound on County Road EW 380 and the 2007 Honda motorcycle was northbound on Highway 66 when they collided. The impact threw Hale off the motorcycle. The OHP says Hale was pronounced dead at the scene.

The minivan driver, Dale Schumacher, 51, of Chelsea, was not injured according to the OHP.

Troopers are still investigating.
