Sand Springs Police released surveillance video of a vehicle they say is connected to the robbery of the BancFirst branch at 102 West 41st Street Saturday morning.

Deputy Chief Mike Carter says a man wrote a note to a teller saying he had a weapon and demanded money at 10:30 a.m. on June 14, 2014. After the teller complied, the man ran out of the bank.

Carter said a school security camera captured video of an early 2000s model Ford Ranger pickup that was either tan or gold driving in reverse then stopping, turning around and leaving the area.

He says witnesses have told investigators the pickup was driving suspiciously in area prior to the robbery.

The robber is described as a white male, 5'5" and 170 pounds.
