Police have one person in custody after an overnight break-in at a Tulsa middle school. It happened at Edison Middle School near 41st and Harvard.
Police say they got a call about someone breaking into the middle school around midnight. Campus police arrived on scene first and found one person inside the building.
They held him until Tulsa police arrived.
Police say the man they caught is a 16-year-old student from Seminole. They say he had marijuana, drug paraphernalia and prescription drugs.
Originally campus police thought there might be more than one person involved but now think the suspect acted alone.
The only damage officers found was to the window the teen broke to get inside.
