Owasso Police are looking for man who assaulted and robbed the manager of a local restaurant early Saturday.
Officers said the robbery occurred at the Taco Bueno in the 11900 block of East 86th Street North at about 4 a.m.
The manager told police he was confronted by a man armed with a knife as he left the store. The man then physically forced him back inside.
Police said the manager opened the safe and gave the robber the money inside. The robber then fled the store.
The robber was described as a Hispanic male wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, dark colored shorts and light colored slip-on shoes. He covered his face with a blue bandana and aviator sunglasses. He also wore gloves.
After the robbery, the manager ran to a nearby grocery store for help. Owasso Police said a K9 officer was unable locate the robber.
The manager was treated for injuries at the scene by paramedics and released.
