Tulsa County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a man for rape after a woman was found walking around naked in north Tulsa. Raymond Christian Bachman is being held on a $105,000 bond for first degree rape and drug possession - both after a former felony conviction.
An arrest report states that a deputy was flagged down by a man in the 5900 block of North Peoria at about 5 p.m. Saturday. The man said he saw a naked woman walking around the area with a knife in her hand.
"He asked the woman to give him the knife and offered to help her," the deputy said in his report. The man gave the woman a blanket and had her sit in the back of his SUV while he called 911. The woman reportedly told the man she had just smoked some "K-2" that she thought was laced with something.
"The woman was crying and unable to communicate well while EMSA personnel were providing medical treatment," the deputy said. The woman was able to tell a Turley firefighter that she had just been raped, the report states.
Deputies went to a house near where the woman was found, and they made contact with Bachman, 38. He cursed at the deputies and told them they were on private property, deputies state. He refused to leave the residence, but deputies made entry through an open back door.
Bachman reportedly told law enforcement officers that he had smoked some "bad K-2" and deputies say he spontaneously admitted to having sex with the woman, saying, "I've been wanting her since high school."
He also claimed the woman "thought I was a porn star," the arrest report states.
Deputies say they took some K-2 found in a front bedroom into evidence and arrested Bachman for first degree rape and drug possession.
Court documents show Bachman has been convicted of drinking and driving and assault and battery in the past.
