An Amber Alert for two Tahlequah children has been canceled. Police say the suspects are in custody and the children are safe.

Police were looking for 15-month old Aiden Mouse and 3-year old Tye Mouse. Reports said they were taken by their non-custodial father, Tyler Mouse, and mother from their grandparents in the 700 block of Waneta Drive in Tahlequah at 6:15.

Aiden, a 15-month-old American Indian child and his brother, 3-year-old Tye were found just after midnight on Saturday. They say the suspects are in custody and both children are safe.

Police were looking for a black, four-door 1998 Chrysler CIR, license plate 565EXZ.

Police say Tyler is a known drug user and made death threats in front of the children at the time they were taken. They say he is considered mentally unstable.

They believed they were heading to the Mannford or Jennings area of Oklahoma or Chanute Kansas.
