Two Former Wagoner County Bus Drivers Charged With Child Sex Crimes

Two former bus drivers out of Wagoner County are charged with sexual crimes involving children.

Prosecutors filed nine charges against Eugene Burchett from Coweta. Those include seven counts of lewd acts to a child under the age of 16.

He was arrested after a girl's parents contacted police about some text messages.

Robert Searl is charged with five crimes including lewd molestation and sexual abuse of a minor.

He was a bus driver for Wagoner schools until last summer.

Investigators say they've identified at least three victims, but there may be more.
